​VENTILATION SPIGOT

This ventilation spigot is designed for efficient attic ventilation and helps ensure a healthy and dry indoor climate within the roof structure. It is installed directly onto the roofing underlay and is compatible with all types of underlay – including vapor-open membranes, vapor-tight layers, and rigid roof boards.

The spigot enables controlled airflow within the attic space, reducing the risk of moisture buildup, condensation, and mold growth. It features an integrated sealing collar that protects against the ingress of rain and snow, ensuring a watertight installation under all weather conditions.

By allowing the release of warm and humid air that naturally accumulates in the attic, the spigot protects the roof structure from moisture damage and extends the lifespan of construction materials. It supports natural convection and is suitable for both new builds and renovation projects.

The spigot is supplied complete with a sealing sleeve and mounting accessories for easy and secure installation.
